cant they trace it or some shit and figure out what the problem is? i cant see microsoft screwing you on this, i think it'll work out, keep trying to talk to a higher up about the problem

I bought a microsoft product. I have already screwed myself in that regard. Right now I can't talk to anyone except an "xbox ambassador" (no e-40, read: some dipshit xbox fanboy who thought he could figure out my question of "how do I find out the specific date my xbox live subscription started" only to cat out on the chat once he couldn't figure it out) because their stupid ass help line is closed.

I just wanna kill people in MW3, sheesh
