thats the reason they dont do anything with owen. Do you know how bad wwe wants to put him in a video game or put out an action figure of him?

I dont think WWE bought the rights to owens name like they usually do with people so that might be why they have no legal stand on it.
Besides I really dont think WWE wants to step foot in the media shit storm that will be brought up even if they mention his name.

They exploit anyone who is dead. Brusier Brody was stabbed to death, never really worked for WWF but still WWE felt the need to put him in video games, make a toy of him, and profit from a mans death who never did anything besides a small handful of matches with the company in the first place.


respect has nothing to do with this. If it was up to WWE they would be cranking out RIP owen shirts, toys, sticking him in videos games... hell, they would be happy to do just about anything with Owens name as long as they can cash in

actually Owen was in a two of those legends of wrestling video games for ps2 back years ago. They allowed to use his name bc they always say it on tv since he died and they used ultimate warrior(he owns his name) name and put that dvd out. Thing is Vince owns all owen's wrestling footage and pics not his wife. I think the only reason owen hasnt had a dvd or hall of fame induction yet is bc of respect for bret hart dont forget bret didnt even get back cool with vince until 2005/2006

also redo your homework too bc another thing wwe did put out hella owen hart figures and t shirts and a memorial for his kids after he died. jakk pacific when they had licenses just didnt put owen figures out thats it.

I would like to hear more about why this guy doesn't think Eddie deserves a spot in the HOF... I have been a huge fan of his work since the wCw days, and have even seen most of his incredible ECW work as well, He was a legend before he even got to WWE.

I think him, Benoit, and Mysterio all deserve a spot eventually. It's a shame that Benoit will never get it though, due to his actions.
