If we were a little closer to the Smackdown Network move, I would say that Edge & Triple H BOTH win their titles. Having both Heavyweight Titles on the same show would really raise the stakes. They could leave both on the same show, then when they feel they've cemented their place on the new network, use CM Punk's MITB to take one back to Raw.
However, like I said, we're a little far from the switch for it to work. (I think the switch is in September, no?) If they were to leave both titles on the same show for too long, they would simply be begging for a "Unification Storyline" which they surely don't want. Two some months to the switch, plus some time afterwords to get the attention of the viewers of that network that aren't fans, certainly too much time.
I could however see Big Show take the ECW strap from Kane to bring it to Smackdown as a "Second Tier" type of title to replace the gap left by Matt Hardy's departure with the US Title. With it on Smackdown, they could easily switch it back to ECW through the talent exchange (which doesn't look to be coming to an end any time soon since they appear to have backed off of the idea of moving the ECW tapings to Mondays). However, having that title play second fiddle to either of the other Heavyweight Titles would cheapen it's creditability.
All in all, really all you can say is that the PPV should be just as interesting as the Draft to see how they twist at what they already twisted with the draft. Coming out of the PPV, we should have a better picture of the direction they'll head in.
EDIT: Thinking of the PPV and how the Draft has messed some things up, got me thinking on the Dibiase situation. Seemed a lock that DH Smith would fill the role as his partner, but that seems to be out the window with his move to Smackdown.
However, I remember hearing Dibiase saying something along the lines of "my partner isn't priceless, like me, but he's close." Many people are pointing to second generation superstars like DH Smith and Afa Jr. and such since there has been rumors of a second generation stable, however...
MVP is the "highest paid entertainer in Smackdown history" and "ha;f man, half amazing" and all of that stuff. He's been having a "contract dispute" with Vicky in recent weeks and she's refused to take a look at his contract because she's busy running the show and planning her wedding. They could always run a deal stating that due to Vickies negligence, MVP's contract with Smackdown expired and thus he's able to show up as Dibiase's partner and as a member of Raw.
*Shrugs* Kinda grabbing at straws but it's whatever.
