^ thats all water weight, and extremely dangerous and stupid.
Just don't eat shit. no snack foods, no fast food. Take 15 minutes out of your day and start going on a quick run, maybe a mile or so for starters then work your way up. Don't eat meals late at night, don't drink more than twice a week. Get physical, instead of sitting on siccness do some situps and push ups (if you don't have a gym membership). Its tedious, but just following this shit works. I've lost about 13 pounds in 3 months doing it, and gained muscle back that I had lost.
Doesn't seem like much, but I really feel good now instead of like a worthless piece of shit just from doing those simple things

lol anything can be addicting if you find it great enough to be actually addicted to it.
you can be addicted to working out, to cleaning shit, to straightening up books, to eating your food in a certain order...really the human mind can allow itself to become addicted to anything.

siccness.
cigarettes.
sex.
violence.
anything, really. haha.

but uh yeah, i still wouldn't suggest doin any type of serotonin imbalancer.
or anything in that matter of drugs...

i actually got a bike, and i go biking every night(well when it ain't raining or ball-freezing cold outside) and i eat a lot of vegetables cause at work we got fresh veggies n shit...just easy to throw something together.
i suggest get some healthy cookbooks, like they got the 'quick healthy meals' and shit like that...

cause a lot of people think its nasty and bland, but i'v enever been so happy with food since i became vegetarian....not sayin you have to, just the increase of veggies and fruits has made me all around feel wonderful, and its not the placebo effect cause i didn't even notice i was eatin more of them until just recently.

i hate running cause i feel like a dumb ass, i dunno its weird for me...i like biking, so i got some toned legs now, and i lift up a lot to speed up so my whole body is gettin used atleast....now my shorts from when i was 14 fit again, it feels good.

but uh yeah. biking, eating, and thinking positively is what works for me.
been losin weight, went from 170 to 148ish, and i'm still losin it, probably another 8 pounds, sinc ei am sorta tall.
just remember, don't worry about the deadline, just worry about how you'll feel...and the more you think positively about everything, then finally it will get to you, and you'll realize how good you feel after you work out and eat healthily, and then you'll really lose weight and look really healthy

First, remember it takes time to put the weight on, so expect to take some time to take it off. 2 pounds per week is a realistic goal if wanting to keep it off. Yeah, one might be able to drop more per week, but it's usually not from a realistic eating lifestyle that will be temporary. Secondly, don't starve yourself. Your body will actually tone and burn calories if you eat regularly; food type and quantity is the trick there.

Pretty much what she (^^) said bruh....

I cut out all fatty ass food from my diet stopped drinking sodas 2 years ago and started eating leaner meals. I dont eat beef or swine but fuck with fish or poultry here and there. I started riding my bike again too, I go riding damn near every day and over the past 6 months i've lost 50 lbs im down to 240 from 290. im feelin good and am content where im at but i can easily lose another 40 lbs and be set. just get exercise and well balanced meals.

ball up your fist....eat a portion of food that size every 3 hours....just eat alot of chicken and excersize alot

i dont know shit about nutrition but if you think about it fueling your body constantly throughout the day in smaller portions makes more sense than just overwhelming your body with 3 big meals a day

Burn more than you consume, and you'll lose mostly fat and some muscle.
Consume more than you burn, and you'll put on mostly muscle and some fat.
Eat almost exactly what you need, and you'll put on almost all muscle and some fat.
(these only hold true if you're active...not if you sit around all day)

There is no way to add muscle and lose fat at the same time. Anyone who says it is possible must weigh about 450lbs, because those are the only people that can pull it off.

If you want the weight to come off quick, and you don't give a shit about your appearance or health, then crash diet and take pills. Real simple. You'll lose about equal amounts of fat and muscle, no matter how much weights you lift. --- if you want to lose BODYFAT (in female terms, "I just want to tone up").....don't expect to lose more than 1lb a week. 2 is pushing it (unless you're 200+ and short).

Cut off ALL fatty/sugary food. Avoid soda, sugars, etc. Instead, drink more water and get your body hydrated all the time.

Go to the store, buy some mozarello sticks, hot dogs, some fish to cook, chicken strips, you get the idea.

Eat out as less as you can. Cook more food at home.

Do about 100 push ups and a 100 sit ups in the morning when you wake up, and if you can, do it right before you go to sleep too. It might not seem much, but it will help.

I can't say eat small meals throughout the day... because I don't do that shit, but if you're up to it, go for it.

Don't eat anything 2-3 hours before you go to sleep, actually avoid eating late at night when your body gets in a more sleepy state.

Go to the gym and buy some dumbbells that put strain on you, but don't put so much strain that hurts. Leave your ego somewhere else, and get some weights you can handle. Do some arm workouts along with those push ups and sit ups. So you get half cardio/ some weight training.

If you can do that.... you shouldn't have too much of a problem for losing weight.

You want to increase your metabolism so your body is burning fat even when it is resting.

1. Drink A LOT of water. Always have a water bottle in your hands, when your body is dehydrated it slows down.

2. Eat small healthy meals every 2 hours.

3. Dont eat any sugar. Your body wont burn fat if it is processing that king-size Mars bar you had for lunch.

4. Exercise. Do cardio and weights. The more muscle you add, the faster your body will burn fat.
