If you have adblock plus for Firefox, rightclick on the background and click adblock plus block image. Then select the option that says http://siccness.net/vb/images/barack_yibster_background.jpg. Reload the page and the ad should be gone

right click on the background, go to adblock, click the option thats the background url and restart firefox, you dont wanna block all siccness images (which you do with rightclicking view page)
