i get it every now & then. i usually run into it when i try to sit down and write a song at tha house. but usually i find that i get over it best when i just relax, and listen to a clean ass beat in the studio. ideas usually start flowin thru my head then.

M-Town, that is real. Real writers will always get writers block.

It doesn't matter if it's coming from you're heart or imagination, writers block happens. The reason it happens when you're coming from the heart, is sometimes you need to sit back and word it PERFECTLY so it's understandable to all. Sometimes it's hard to word a song the way you want it, so you get stuck...just sit back and chill, it'll come back to you. I went through a month and a half of writers block, it was a bitch. What I did was, I went down to L.A. for a weekend, and soaked it up. There's so much inspiration in large places, and areas in the cuts where nobody goes. Another good place I go to is this big ass rock off in the mountains....you can see the beach on one side, then you look out on the other and see the bay, the bridges, all that shit!!

yeah, WB is a pain in the ass....i just put it down for like 10 minutes, blow some more trees...keep listening to the beat and let the shit come....some of the hardest lines i wrote came to me when i wasnt even writing....i just alway keep a pen and pad handy...

or come back to it the next day...
