Me being a white dude, I thought the idea of a rapping white norte dude was a fucking joke. So his banging actually turned me off. But finally I started listening and realized Woodie was REAL, and dope as fuck. I think the beats are also what got me hooked. They are unlike anything I've heard in rap. Very surreal and deep sounding.
