That is true, but do you seriously expect some min. wage worker to abide by every single rule? You have to look at the human-aspect of it, this is not cancer reasearch, they're not making aerospace calculations, an avg. human working min wage isnt going to take their job that seriously and remember every single policy given to them when they are hired. Also It wouldnt be worth it to ruin the workers job off of something with little evidence, it seems like the cashier is guilty until proven innocent instead of the opposite. I understand why someone would get angry, but if it was me, i would brush it off.
