Then he gives a Croat two yellow cards but doesn't give him a red, and then gives him a THIRD yellow card before sending him off

damn the japan GK is holding it down with some spectacular saves... blocked 4 shots on goal... 2 by ronaldo and they only played 20 minutes....
that was good save for saving the first juninho shot,:classic: next went in
Ronaldo one of my alltime fav. players last couple seasons he aint been the
same ole Ronaldo, that we used to see, still can score many goals

Cicinho played excellent by replaicing Robert Carlos and Ronaldinho played better too than in first 2 matches, the first goal that Japan made was an other bad mistake from Brazil´s defence
Lucio´s attacks always fun to watch, now he´s technique for shooting a goal
after a long run wasn´t there
Good attack from Juan as well and passing Ronaldo´s goal.

Cant believe how bad sweden played today. Germany started great(obviously). IM NOT GONNA BLAME IT ON THE REFEREE BUT! ....
...what a worthless referee. When he didnt give ljungberg a freekick when 3 germans were kicking his legs off , Instead seconds later he gives Lucic a red card and LAUGHS when he shows it . That red card killed the game. What kind of referee laughs when passing out red cards . he couldnt stand the pressure from the home advantage of germany. Nevertheless sweden played like shit, missing penaltys and what not . Germany deserves to win ..

Fuck man, Mexico almost had it. Argentina played well, but Mexico was right there with them the whole game. Zinha should have started, Fonseca should have been replaced with Bravo too. Crazy goal, I hate to lose but if it was gonna happen at least it was like that; what a fuckin goal. Mexico played their heart out but it was Argentina's day. Aside from the few adjustments I wish would have been made for this game, Mexico played beyond their expectations IMO.

^ I got back 48 hours ago from Germany, was at Portugal - Mexico and all I can say is that it was sicc.

Take your world series and playoffs and sit the fuck down wit your yappin, this was real ballin, USA need to get wit it :devious:, too many people had crossed the world to rep their city, shit was way too heavy. It was like the united nations were having a party.

Got to give it up to the Mexicans, been to 4 or 5 tourneys and I never seen a support like it, they was mobbed, we talking many thousands, my folks and all the Portuguese in general was lookin hella small, outnumbered in the stadium, in the city, on the damn planes into there.

Gotta laugh at the Mexican kids who was rollin through the local town at like lunchtime swigging a bottle of tequila and a bottle of lemonade. I think thats why dudes never stopped banging their fuckin drums and shouting puta and culo at everyone lol.

Of course we rocked it when we scored and when we'd won, had cats rollin through town and down the Autobahn hanging out the window waving the flag but damn Mexico fans did their thing and represented the whole time, wearing the team shirt and making hella noise.

Must have had 15,000 at the stadium and another 15,000 at the fan park. It was pretty badly organised, Mexican cats even rushed the local trams before the game there were so many of them and not enough transport, saw two german ladies crying after getting crushed.

I took a bunch of flicks, including some of these four fine local breezies who was sat in front of us in the stadium wearing somberos and small tops on that spelt out PO RT UG AL across they titties. But then I had my phone pickpocketed the next morning and lost it all. Damn.

Went out that night after beating Mexico and got our drank on, ended up in some places that was also thick with Mexicans and Portuguese and it was all love, everyone was still draped in their flags and choppin it up, we was trying to get at a bunch of fine mexican girls.

In one real flamboyant bar I swear there was two little fat dudes who thought they were Baby Bash, wearing white suits, white slip ons and white flat caps, swinging chains, but damn they were laid up in a booth wit a bunch of fine ass mamis all round, guess they had money lol.

But anyway, it was an impressive support, 20000+ people all rolling through the town where the match was on was real solid, I chopped it up with fans from a few other countries and no one expected it, you could understand for a European team, but coming over from Mexico?

Anyway, in spite of that we won and more easily than Argentina did last night, so I hope that translates to the fact we can also do our thing against Holland today, its painful watching on TV for this one but I know Portuguese cats out there going to make some noise.

I was rootin for Mexico against Argentina but if there was ever a goal to win a match... damn. Though they should have had Heinze sent off in the first half, then Mexico would probably have won and Germany woulda had 50,000 people still there banging their fuckin drums.

And yep: if you read this twice, I did edit it lol, my first attempt about 7 hours ago I was drunk and hella tired from all the travelling and really wasn't making a lot of sense. Bottom line the World Cup is the biggest sporting event in the world and it's an incredible experience.

I heard some analyze that, it was wrong from the referee to make a substitute before penalty, Larsson Had to wait too long, and lost his focus
instead if he´d shot it right away

Germany were still much better, and deserved to win,
Sweden´s defence were terrible at the beginning of the match
ANd Klose & Podolski played well together

MEXICO began really attacking, and got the early goal
which was somethin that i wouldn´t expect
ARGENTINA got the goal back really quick
and CRESPO had 2 more almost goals, in the 1st half as well

AT the End of normaltime, Pekerman made his changes
Tevez,Messi& Aimar In
and they teared up the match for a lil bit
It was nice to see 2 playmakers in the field at same time
Riquelme and Aimar,
Minus side was that Argentina didn´t have that much tacklingpower
and defencing in the midfield, so if Argentina lost ball in the attack
Mexico´s attack stopped in the Argentina defence, not many tackles in the midfield, Sorin played well, Heinze lost ball several times, not impressive

The winner at extratime was a real beauty from Rodriquez :lick:

^^ yeh the penalty was bullshit too . I agree. He gave sweden a chance to get in the game again since he was being an ass earlier lol.

But what a sick fuckin game between Portugal and Netherlands. I love watching these kind of games . They were almost fighting lol. Thats when you know its the knockout rounds, when the players take it so serious .

Portugal went to next round against England
England´s game wasn´t very impressive
Rooney was better than in earlier matches
Beckham is played well this tournament so far
So Portugal Are missing Deco, Costinha, ?? Cristiano Ronaldo
A Huge Advantage to England

Back to Netherland Portugal match
An Early Goal for Portugal, Made the game wide open
Van Basten´s choices for Kuyt was fine i guess, he played alright match
Van Persie and Robben were good in the wings
Referee lost somewhere the touch to the game, which ended up almost kaos
Exciting match to watch, for sure

that was a dramatic game. the referee never really had control over it. anyway the netherlands just disappointed me right from the start of the tournament, they didn't deserve the quarterfinals.
