Never had any problems with comcast....my service always works great and installs fine the 1st time but I guess Im the only one who got lucky. The only time they pissed me off was when my net was shut off for a lil while cuz my bill was way overdue. A technician came to my house and said if he didn't collect any money towards the bill he'd have to cut off the connection and take the cable modem back and I would end up paying more money to have it all reconnected again later so I asked him what was the minimum i could pay that day and have it turned on so i can use it again until i was able to pay off the rest of what I owed. He told me 35 so i paid him and he said it would be back on within maybe 10 -15 minutes. Well an hour later it wasn't working so I called and the lady on the phone removed the hold that was on my account and it worked for a few days but then it stopped working again and when I called this time they told me it would be back on once I paid the rest of my bill. Which i thought was dumb cuz they turned it on and I had paid about half the bill and was planning on paying the rest in a few days so I couldn't see what the big deal was and they just seemed to be on some kinda power trip for no real good reason. Other than that I can't complain about Comcast.

hope i'm not making a mistake
The only downside to the whole thing is you can only watch one HD channel per TV. Since it's IPTV there's a bandwidth limit of 4 streams one being HD and the other standard.

Eventually the boxes will be wireless capable and able to network recorded programing since they're internet based.

the guy who installed my shit was coo.. i was here to make sure he was doin it right. He was like.. i like to take my time and do shit right, thats why no one ever calls and says i need to go back and fix something. And dude was right.. he hasnt had to come or no one else has had to come thru to fix anything.

sounds like a lot of hacking and fucking around with your television time.
