it most likeley had to do with permits oakland does allow videos to take place same with frisco most smaller cities the pd or the powers that be will NOT let it happen i remember spice 1 tried hella hard to get his first few videos filmed in hayward and they said no so the yfilmed in oakland eventully he did shoot 3 videos in hayward but Jive came out the pocket 1million for insurence this is a bizzness and im sure that the bme budget and sumthin of this magnitude vallejo dint want any part of they do all the shit legit paper work and all pz

Location? If the permit was in vallejo, and the production equipment was in vallejo, it would have been shot in vallejo. Its about the budget. I'm not gonna get to deep into this.

Oakland is big enough and spread out enough for the shoot not to have been chaos.
