The reason they target rappers is because of profile, the reason they kill rappers is when they stop talking about killing each other and start changing the world.

Police targeting rappers?
In the 60s, 70s and 80s police targeted rock stars...so is it because of the thuggish image? maybe but look at history, and history tells us that cops basically target the 'rebel' artists of each generation, which changes with time.
