Im from NY and all my friends just fuck with NY artists...I try and introduce them to all types of shit but they are still stuck on those NY artists and half of them are shit anyway

There's a public tv station in Boston that has a show about the local rap scene called "Heir to the Streets," and 90% of the people on theres think they are on a show about keepin their EAR to the streets.

Thats true in almost any region though, there is always the groups that swear by and only listen to a specific regions music.

I didn't even notice embedding was disabled on those videos, crap. Though yeah, that beat has been used many times over by other artists. P. Diddy used it for a track with R. Kelly, then did a remix to the song, putting the Luniz on it.

im a fan of yuk but he needs to step it up, been dissappointed since he dropped godzilla. nothings been up to par with his first two albums, mostly average/alil above average albums,mixtapes, compilations.... man mdmp was a waste of money. it's like he's trying to blend in with whats hot at the moment, but it doesnt work for him, it just sounds forced....
judging by the leaks of several tracks for west coast don we'll get another average album from this One hit wonder, or maybe Two hit wonder if you count spider jacking his chain....
