I want to make myself like Baby Bash's music. I never hate on him becuz hes a Latino from the Bay doing it big. But his lyrics are too simple for me to listen to without clowning. And his metrosexual look is just too much.

I've been feelin' shit since the Latino Velvet days. In fact, i'm still feelin' his shit. I thought his most recent album was pretty clean. I could listen to it all the way through without skipping a track even though there was cupcake songs on there. I have to admitt, I do like cupcake music. However, there was also some mobbish tracks on the album there were slappin' i.e. "keep it 100", "step into the club" and the one with Paul Wall.

haha, me too. I haven't really heard his most recent album but The Smokin Nephew had some tight tracks on it like "Image Of A Pimp". On The Cool had some koo songs too. The Latino Velvet shit is tight as fuck doe. I still always bump that shit on a regular basis

I dont know...... I think he did what he had to do to get mainstream. But you gotta remember, he had a lot of bay area cats on his album. Its not like he sold out and forgot about the bay.

great point djilltracks, i hella like his old shit and his new shit is cool with me. I hella respect the fact he put mac dre on his major label album for the world to hear, and he had hella bay features on super saucy which i thought was a pretty solid album. I gave up on him after tha smokin nephew but super saucy made me like him again. he's gettin his paper and when he stacks enough, i'll guarantee he moves back to the bay area cuz this is his fuckin home and its alot nicer than fuckin houston. People shouldn't hate!

Like I said before, he really did change his style drastically but I still bump some of his shit....for instance "Hennessy" wit Mac Dre (not sure which album its on) that shit was dope as fuck to me....for some reason though it seems like him and Frankie J are connected at the hip all of a sudden
