^ @lamberto Same here. JMM priced himself out of the fight though. Its the fight that fans deserved, and Marquez himself earned as well. I wanted to see it, especially after the tear that Marquez has been on lately (minus the freak show Mayweather fight)

I'm told people before Manny don't want no part of Marquez at 140 or 144lb. Marquez earned his rematch in ring with two great ring performances against Diaz and his last fight. But Manny likes fighting already damaged fighters coming off of bad loses. But he made a mistake fighting Mosley..

He wanted 5 million guaranteed, PLUS $5 per PPV sold over 1 million. Something along those lines.


To put it in perspective, he made his biggest payday by far against Floyd Mayweather, and got 3 million.


Pretty outrageous demands for someone who attracted a whopping 9,000 fans to his last two fights combined.

Shane's always got the puncher's chance. But the way Manny comes in and out, I doubt he'll expose himself to getting hit too much. Shane has a chin, but def not as good as Tony's so I doubt he can go all 12 rounds...

Still, do you believe he doesn't deserve 5 million when Manny is bringing in 20 per fight? C'mon now...

I know our opinions don't make a difference, but I still think Marquez has earned the right to those demands. By being the only person to go toe-to-toe with the best fighter in the world the last few years.

I'm pretty sure JMM will be next for pacquiao. it looks like jmm will fight eric morales next which he should obviously win and there aren't any big names left for pac. my crazy idea is to have bradley vs jmm and winner gets pac (provided bradley beats alexander).

I'm going to put a $100 on Mosley winning by KO.. Manny was getting hit and hurt by slow ass Margarito. Mosley is going to hurt Manny bad. Mosley has a better chin and way more punching power then Margarito or Cotto.. Margarito's chin was damaged after the Cotto and Mosley fights, dude ate a lot of leather in both fights. Mosley has the style to beat Manny. Come on old man Mosley make this money for me.

mosley dont got the gas for a late round stoppage no more imo...plus manny is a work horse machine. i dont think this fight is goin the distance. manny by late round tko due to shanes mangled face.

Margarito round 7? when he landed a shitload of combinations but completely wasted all of his energy doing it. He won that round but was fucked after that lol..

That guys got speed though...

I just watched the Mora vs Mosley fight again. Mora was a lot bigger and he ran from Shane the whole fight. I didn't see Mosley gassing out like most people say he did in the fight. Mosley was still throwing hands in the 12th round. I think Mosley is going to beat Manny.

that was mosley's worst fight ever he had that that puto face mora aka the garden snake right in front of him and couldn't do shit! the most boring fight i've seen in my entire life i actually fell dead asleep during the fight... and there was a fuckin' party at my pad for the fight! lol sad fuck mosley!

I'm actually looking forward to the fight. Mosley is going to give Manny a lot of problems. Mosley has head movement, good foot work, fast hands, and he knows how the grab and hold when he gets hurt. I watched Manny vs Cotto, Margarito, and Marquez I'm telling you guys Mosley is going to be a very hard fight for Manny. Manny is going to have a hard time landing his 6 punch combinations on Mosley. Mosley has the hand speed to counter Manny when he jumps in to throw his punches with his chin up. Marquez was hitting Manny with counter shots for 24 rounds that's the reason Manny could never get off his combinations on him. Mosley will hit and hurt Manny with counter shots.
