The majority of artists are too much into being so hard. Just put out some good songs everybody can relate to. U aint gotta be gangsta all the time. San Diego is just not Southside and Southeast and Eastside. There are La Jolla, Poway, Santee, etc. heads than wanna bump some SD shit i'm sure,but all there is to bump from SD that sounds descent is gang music. Only listening to certain songs can get u beat up or even killed. That aint cool, unless u like to see people die and get hurt over music.

I reely see San Diego rap artists pushin themselves reel hard out here & they all just gotta keep trying cuz unlike all the other major cities in Cali, San Diego is a little different with the atmosphere & environment much more suburban & not much urban ghettos & barrios, & what makes a whole lotta sense is that there's more generic hip-hop fans & mainstream music fans here in Dago which still never even heard of the local hip-hop scene like if it ever existed!!! So in order to promote & grind wit your music just to push more & more units & broaden your fanbase wit a lil more diversity in it, you all gotta navigate thru the suburbs & far off communities & whatnot so ya can introduce your music the suburban generic rap fans & most importantly, what ya all about & keep communicating like it is......

So far, Mitchy, Complex, & CS are definitely makin sense on this cuz they sure know the bizness all cuz they got a whole lotta experience, & they been in the game for sooo long, you best believe it...........................................
