These girls around the corner from me that I've known since I was 5 have the BEST CHANCE to blow up...but they're not rappers, they're R&B...but, it still counts IMO, since the topic doesn't specify rappers. If y'all haven't heard of em, they dropped an album in 1996 under the name PREMIER, now they go by HONEY LUV and they signed to FO' REEL ENTERTAINMENT (the company that brought you COUNTRY GRAMMAR), and they even worked with Dre on their new project. SHIT DROPS IN OCTOBER so we shall see where it takes them.
