yea but..

"When will I get my cash payment?
Cash payments will be made if the Court gives its final approval to the proposed settlement and after the final approval is no longer subject to appeal. If the Court approves the Settlement and there are no appeals, it is currently estimated that payments would commence in November, 2010."

yup, settlement claims always take anywhere from 3-6 months, sometimes longer... Tyson should start sending claims out in July, this one probably before the end of the year..

like I said in the Tyson thread, it'll be a nice surprise in the mail when you've forgotten all about it.

MUST READ!!!!!

Basically you have to make sure that your accurate with your pricing and you have to have purchased it before april of 2010. And if you try to claim more than $15 you gotta have proof. better than nothing if you ask me...

"Make sure it's accurate! You'll also have to fill in the products purchased, date of purchase, and price paid per product. Per the Settlement Administrator Website, the average prices of Dannon Activia and DanActive products are below:

Activia 4pk $2.39
Activia 8pk $4.77
Activia 12pk $6.82
Activia Fiber $2.39
Activia Light 4pk $2.41
Activia Light 8pk $4.73
Activia Light 12pk $6.81
Activia Drinks $3.50
Activia Quarts $2.87
Activia Light Quarts $2.77
DanActive 4pk $2.36
DanActive Light 4pk $2.45
DanActive 8pk $4.81
DanActive Light 8pk $4.81

After you have submitted the information you will have the opportunity to upload scanned copies of your receipts showing you purchased Dannon Activa or DanActive yogurt products. Remember, if you are claiming up to $15 worth of purchases you will not be required to submit paperwork showing a proof of purchase. You can just click on Continue from the Upload screen. Next you'll have to enter your name to act as a digital signature. That's it! You're done! Kick back, hope the Dannon Activa Class Action Lawsuit Settlement doesn't get challenged and wait for your $15 check.

If you are claiming up to $30 you need to print out a paper claim form, sign it, and send it in. If you are claiming up to $100 in Dannon Activia or DanActive purchases you must print out the paper claim form, fill it out completely, include receipts or other proof of purchase, and send it in. Now head over to the Dannon Activia Class Action Settlement Administrator Website and submit your claim! Good luck!
Purchased From: Anytime until 4/23/2010"

^ wrong... up to $30 you DO NOT... I repeat DO NOT NEED PROOF OF PURCHASE... all you need to do is submit your electronic signature on the last page confirming you did actually buy the products you listed... THAT'S IT... nothing to fill out..

if your totals were over $30, still no worries... you'll still get a check for exactly $30 without having to worry about printing anything out or any receipts.

as long as you had proper pricing and filled in proper dates (and made sure the store you put actually -sells- the product), you're fine and you'll get up to $30...

I got a lawyer buddy who's been fillin me in on the settlement scene for a few years now... I've already gotten a few hundred dollars from various settlements...
