Who started Chicano rap n Oldies?

that song you all heard on the radio "la raza"
was an oldie from the group el chicano called "viva tirado"
who was 1st?
it's like who was to 1st. rap ...hard to tell the only thing we can all say is frost had his "oldie cut on the radio 1st"
also look up a "whipper whip" frost talked about him in an interview like back in 89 or so somehthing about him being one of the o.g.'s out in nyc doing the latin rap thing so keep looking
but when it comes to radio or the masses............mc kid frost our forefather (velvet city)
