I bought the Level 2 around 2 years ago, but I kind of wish I got the Level 1. Both are really nice though.
I don't know heavily you are into accessories. I would keep it fairly minimal on the AR, but one thing I strongly suggest is the Accuwedge. It goes in between the lower and upper receiver. It's a piece of rubber and really easy to install. It minimizes the movement between both receivers making your aim a lot more accurate. Order it, it's a couple bucks and extremely worth it.
