As far as the big screen. NO ONE! Everybody is kind of weak IMO.
As far as Stand Up.........
The most consistant is Cedric The Entertainer. He's always funny & never recycle any of his jokes. He's always droping new material. That's very important to me
The hottest stand up right now w/o a doubt is Katt Willaims
My favorite & been my fav for many years iz TK Kirkland. He's an underground comidien & is shittin all over these guys ur naming.

Honorable mention goes to Lawanda Page(RIP)(aunt Ester from Sanford & Son) cuz her old stand ups are funny as hell, Paul Mooney, Chris Rock, Andrew Dice Clay, Martin Lawrence & Sam Kinison(RIP).
No offense to these current white comics but most of them aren't even funny IMO.

chappelle is funny with the sketches i didnt like his stand up that much but it was funny.
