Who is the real p4p King?

In the past couple years or so, anderson has fought the tougher opponents and has beaten them soundly. Fedor has beaten his opponents easily but he fought fighters under his weight class, fighers fairly new to the sport and a tim sylvia who hasn't fought worth a dang in years. Even if Fedor fights Randy and beats him, because he will....I won't consider him the best p4p cause I don't really see randy as being a tough oppenent for Fedor. Anderson is pound for pound the best fighter and looks like there is no one to stop him. He could have some tough fights at 205 if he even considers fighting anymore at that weight class and if GSP decides to move up that would definatly be a tough fight, but he is the P4P king, in my opinion.
Matt lindland is the only fighter he fought who is not a heavyweight everyone else he fought was heavyweight. Where have you been Tim's last fight was Rodrigo Noguiera for the ufc heavy weight belt at ufc 81 and before that is was Brandon vera, Randy couture, Andrei Arlovski so he has fought Top competition.
ya Tim fought top competition, But I didn't say Tim hasn't fought ANYONE worth a damn...I said HE hasn't fought worth a damn. He hasn't finished a fight in years, he isn't the same fighter he was a few years ago, in my opinion. And Fedor, he has Mark Coleman's number, Mark Hunt is good....but hes not top heavyweight. Like you said Lindland is a 185 lber, and that Hong Man Choi fight was a joke. The last really good fighter he beat was Mirko.
Like I said, Anderson has fought and soundly beat top 10 fighters in the division. Pound for pound king dammit!! haha.

silva, he's good...very good, but a move up against a mediocre opponent isn't gonna make you the p4p king in my eyes...now say that was against wandy or even liddell i would say it was the spider...because I don't think chris leben is top tier, I don't think travis lutter is top tier, and rich franklin used to be but now he's owned by silva, and I think dan henderson should get a rematch if he gets another quality win...so where does that leave us now in the middleweight division...ain't no real comp in middleweight now...oh bisping...yeah that's good....shit....anyways bring on couture now, fedor is ready.

Tough one to call since they both make their opponents like cans. I gotta give a slight advantage to Anderson Silva only because he aint the one to negotiate a fight, he'll take a fight whereever and whenever. Dont get me wrong Fedor is a beast and he is bred for fighting, thats his true calling in life and is a class act. Sometimes when a fighter goes on record to say "well i gotta take care of my family and i gotta look whats for my best interests" it becomes another class of fighter. Something that I respect Anderson to the fullest cause he is a family guy first and foremost but He's ready and willing to move up and move down just for the fight. Give Fedor 1 more fight this year and 2 - 3 next year and Ill give him as p4p best ever.

P4P is tricky thing. Besides Tim and I guess you can throw in Mark Hunt he really hasn't fought top competition in a minute. Matt Lindland is a top competitor but at middleweight. Besides James Irvin, Anderson has been not only beating but destroying highly ranked fighters and his beatdown of Henderson, IMO earns him the top spot for now.
P4P depends a lot of what you've done recently and it's real easy to get knocked down on a P4P list. Recently Silva has looked great against the top of his division.

Fedor has had the better career there's no doubt about that .. although I'd leave Zulu out of your arguement. Matt Lindland giving Rampage fits at a lower weight class means nothing on jumping up to heavyweight. If someone asked me who I think is the better fighter I'd say Fedor. If someone asked who's the current P4P #1 IMO, which is all P4P really is anyway an opinion list when it's real debatable, I'd say Silva.
Anderson has been on a string of quality while Fedor hasn't. Him beating Tim is dope and I hope he does continue fighting top heavyweights if Affliction stays afloat. He has plenty of competition there to keep him busy and put him at #1.
