I gave this a lot of thought (because this is an important issue to me) and I gotta go with #4.

#1 just looks happy drunk. We all get that way.
#2 looks "been drinking for 18+ hours drunk." He's def second place.
#3 looks like he's sober, but has downs syndrome.
#4 looks like no alcohol is involved whatsoever. He looks like he just ate a quarter of some powerful ass mushrooms, has no idea what's going on, might not even know the other three guys, can barely contain himself, and is on the verge of losing his mind and laughing uncontrollably for some reason no one will ever know.

I'm going with #1, I think there'll be a competition between him & number 3 on who's gonna fall thru the table trying to do a line first in which case #1 will win. at which point # 3 will fall backwards laughing breaking some other shit (ie smaller table, lamp, arm, etc....), #4 will then leave and pass out 2 blocks later on the sitting on the sidewalk leaning against a building, while #2 goes door to door ringing doorbells slurring "honey I'm home" until some lonely fat bitch lets him in
