Man I believe there are a few...Doey Rock, Sav Sicc & Bleezo, T-Nutty, Seven, Bueno. Others could do some HUGE things if the deal was right like Hollowtip, X-Raided, Luni Coleone, First Degree, Smigg Dirtee, Marvaless, and C-Bo. Others are hustlin hard like J.Gib, Flossalini, C-Dubb, and Somethin Terrible. I would say Sacramento is ready for a City 2 City Feature very soon....
