Almost all of the people who tried to enlighten about "scraps" on that raptalk post know NOTHING about Surenos living in the SUR and were just speaking on the comedic antics of the "Northern Surenos" (Nortenos worst enemies on the streets) that they witness in Northern Cali.
"Surenos" are truly a joke in the eyes of many everyday people UP THERE.
