I could see if he raped the 12 year old girl.... maybe he didn't know how old she was because she was at the party. If the girl said "no" to whatever pass he made and he kept harrassing her I could understand them whooping his ass. I don't know all the details but to stick a pole in someone's ass and almost kill them is sick. Dude should be locked up. I wouldn't even want to pull another mans pants down let alone stick something up in his ass.

He's not evil, he's just been brainwashed. They can unbrainwash him, they just need to put him into some severe rehabilitation type shit and then keep his ass locked up for quite awhile....
I think life....is a little long....but if he hadn't done it, he wouldn't be in the situation...And what he did, was far beyond fucked up. I'm sure most of the people on here, including myself, would've killed his ass at the party for doing that shit.
At least the other dude doesn't remember it...then again, it'll probably come back after time, then he'll have to go to therapy for the rest of his life...but shit...at least the mom of the guy who did it was acting like a normal human being and felt bad....

I'm not going to make assumptions like some of you fools on here, and yes, some of you guys [and if you think I'm talking to you then I am] are coming real, real suspects and this goes to both sides.
But life in prison? I don't know. I guess it's cause the 17 year old wasn't a helpless girl but someone who should probably been able to man up. Life in prison doesn't seem to fit the crime.
