I hate it when a taqeria doesn't put the cheese in the tortilla first and put it in the steamer, or on the griddle...they just pile on everything, and put the cheese on last...THAT AINT GOING TO MELT! Like they never did that shit before...FUCK! I hate that shit...or when yuppies find out about a spot that plugs, and then they start doing shit like charging for crema, or charging for chips, when they used to be free...

PS: What the fuck is horchata juice I drank that sshit one time on accident, tasted hella funny like I could feel grains of something nasty in there. Is it rice drink?

Horchata is a drink that is made by soaking rice in water (usually overnight). Then you toss in evaporated milk, ground cinnamon, and the rice in a blender. After that you can chill to drink it cold. It's pretty good IMO.

just so you know, whites aren't the minority in CA. The only reason people think that is because if you added everything besides white (black mexican...) there would be more of everything else than whites. I think it is 48% white in cali...
