The Niners dominated the first half and slipped in the third. The Rams have a pretty good squad, particularly their offense with Holt, Bruce, and Jackson. Bulger is a good QB also. Rams were favored to beat the Niners.

The thing they were looking at the most was that he tried to get rid of it instead of just tucking it like they expected. If you look at the replays he did have forward motion but it looked like a sissy-ass throw also. I don't know if there was anyone close but could have been intentional grounding also, better than a fumble still though.
