im all for marquez but he isnt even in the same class as mayweather. he knows hes getting into a fight he knows hes going to win. like brian kenny said, why doesnt he fight the champion in his weight class instead of going at smaller fighters.

Look at floyd's resume homie, he started fighting at 130 pounds and went all the way up to 147. he became a great before he even started fighting at 147.

When he decided to come back, who was there for him to figh?? Cotto and Pacquiao were already set in stone to fight. Margarito is banned from the sport. And Marquez, the #2 pound 4 pound fighter in the world, has been calling out floyd for a minute. So while the real prize is cotto/pacquiao winner, the next best thing for floyd is the best Mexican fighter on the planet.
