I was at home watching MSNBC as I have been for the last 3 months straight.
I was thinking over everything my grammy used to tell me before she passed away in 1996. She would have been very very happy to see our first "black president". After all the years of me sitting in on her NAACP meetings and sermons in church, it all sunk in last night...
I remember her telling me when i was a little kid that i could be a doctor, lawyer, or even the first black president.....after she passed, i dont know what happened to me.....
