Where the fuck can a nigga get a mean cheesesteak in SD???

I was at Alex's Brown Bag yesterday and had a fat cheesesteak and some cheese whiz fries...By the time I had ate all the fries I could only eat half my sandwich, and the owner came out cause he was worried I didnt like the sandwich lol....I had on a Dodger hat so he started talking baseball with me......There other sandwiches all look good too but I only get the cheesesteaks......Philly Sandwich Company on Convoy is AAAIIIIGHT but it cant fuck with Alex's Brown Bag or Gaglione Bros....The Malt Shop in Point Loma makes a really good cheesesteak that is HUGE and the owners are cool as hell too...I dont like that the only have motzarella cheese (sp?) though....I like provolone, white american or cheese whiz....That philly place in San Marcos is pretty good but again they cant fuck with Gaglione Bros or Alex's....and finally there's a cheese steak place on Oceanside Blvd called Philly Steak Co. or something like that....its in a Von's shopping center next to Long's drugs....its owned by a cool ass Samoan family....they make a good Philly and have a lotta OG Philly sodas and chips available...my only complaint about this place is I asked if they had cheese whiz and they said they did....but they use that canned cheese sauce from Costco which is NOT cheese whiz.... Cheese Whiz is a Philly product and I gotta have it on my fries and I like it on my sandwich too....Other then that one thing the Oceanside spot is the best bet in North County....I wont bother talking about the crap they sell at the mall (edible in a pinch but thats it) or the crap you get at spots like TGIF, Hooters, Chili's, Quiznos etc...those places deal crap on a plate and call it a Philly.....One joint gave me Swiss Cheese WTF????? or they use roast beef as there meat WTF?????.....some places have their rolls cut in half....I know thats nitpicking but I like things the way there supposed to be.....believe me if you San Diego cats went out to an East Coast city looking for Carne Asada burritos you would find a million things wrong with each one and a whole lotta disappointments....
i wasnt gonna bump this thread cuz i didnt wanna continue putting it in everyones face..but i guess ill give my review on alex's brown bag (2550 5th ave, lobby of mister A's building, on the north side)
so i went in and ordered a cheesesteak and asked if they used cheese whiz...funny as fuck, the owner looks at me and frowns and goes "if you like that shit..." im like what? i thought the original phillys was cheese whizzed up? he explained to me that cheese whiz is for tourists, and people whove watched the food channel...and pointed at the wall and said that the place in the picture was the only place that really did it in philly....he suggested that i get the regular philly cheesesteak with american cheese so i agreed cuz i didnt wanna eat a sandwich i didnt want...also bought small fries which was half of the bag...
got home with the sandwhich, shit was huge....the mushrooms are sauteed and the meat has hella flavor and isnt dry...bread was on hit too....i'll have to give it a 9, but they are sort of expensive (i think 7.00)...id definately check it out again and suggest it to others, good looking out to the guy who suggested it to me.
and i went to hooters but i was broke and didnt want to order food so i drank beer..ill try that after gagliones...

SHIT....cheez whiz is OG....Cheez Whiz is MADE in Philly...as are Tasty Cakes....Some joints in Philly use Provalone, some use White American...the 1st time I went to Alex's they were using Motzarella and I was like "Oh hell no"....but its like that here in Dago with Carne Asada Burritos...every shop makes em different and every shop thinks their burrito is the best.
