Obviously, I'd say the Niners, but looking at what Seattle and Denver are doing, its makes you think twice. I think the Niners will finish of Signing Banta-Cain from NE, then another Interior LB, maybe move Manny Lawson to RE, then Finish off the other wholes in our O and D. Man, I hope a team is dumb enough to trade down and allow us to trade up.

Denver has had the best so far...but fooball heads KNOW that superbowl teams are made in april and not in march.....look at what the redskins did last year.....they seemed to fill all there holes to big name FAs but they are still sucked......spending big money on FA usually doesnt pan out...

New England has been busy as well. But right now, Denver is makina massive haul over it seems. Shanahan knows he has got a very young and talented QB and whats to build up NOW for s SB run while he is still fresh.

denver did good, the niners did great with clements and banta-cain(if you see his stats from the only 5 games he played they matched up pretty good compared to joey porters 14 games) the niners did the best overall because there pickups will help the team ALOT, i think denver was already a great team who somehow just didnt get into the playoffs but there picks arent turning there team completelty around like the niners ones are suppose to

the only supreme talent niners have got is nate clemments......were as denver has got, travis henry, dre bly....
If you put Travis Henry and Dre Bly in the "supreme talet" category with Nate Clements you gotta throw in Michael Lewis too. He made the Pro Bowl just back in 2005, and got benched in Philly for a couple bad games. Whens the last time Travis Henry and Dre Bly made the Pro Bowl? Also you can't say Michael Lewis fell off, he had a bad year, blah blah blah. Cuze Travis Henry just had a monster year, when the year previous he was benched for damn near the whole season. He didn't even really play for the Titans his first year there.

your right, but our main problems was the secondary and pass rush, mainly our secondary though, anybody is better then donald strickland and sammy davis, so we cant really get anyworse at that position and getting a player like clements is huge, so basically its 99% chance that theyll be better becuase of the free agent moves itll be crazy if they dont improve

He only got benched because they wanted the rookie to gain experience because the Eagles knew they weren't gonna put up the money to re-sign Lewis. That's coming from the Eagles' officials themselves.

That was part of the reason only. He was benched originally cuze he was gettin burned in coverage by like 5 yards, I saw and heardthat 3-4 times from multiple Eagles officials. That's why the Eagles tried to start using him at LB after a while, but they said supposedly it didn't work out. I like the guy and think he can bring his game back up, one bad season don't end careers. Lewis said there was some personal issues there with the money, and I belive it was part of the problem. Cuze look what they did to T.O, similar situation, not as bad, but yeah. All and all I hope he steps it up cuze I liked him in Philly and I like him even more now, and I was suprised we swooped him so fast. Nolan knows what he's doin.
