the fattest I've gotten was about 3 months ago when i weighed 327. changed my eating habits and started going to the gym 3-4 days a week since and I'm currently at 297.
The biggest I've ever been up to was 345 and I looked terrible. With my new dieting and everything, I've gone from 331 to my current weight of 304 and my waste is a pants size away from a 38 again, plus I just feel better.
I'm back up to 325, but I've worked out so much that my muscle mass has changed and I look a lot more toned than I did even at 304 last year. That was a water, salad, and steak diet I went on, but I didn't work out, so it was pointless and that weight came back as soon as I started opening soda cans.
I know better than to try to lose weight and not work out. The results are minimal, at best. At 6'6" and my new weight, I look a lot more like a football lineman than a sumo wrestler, but to be below that 300 mark and stay working out is optimal.
<===== am at 285 and have been working out need to change up my eating habits to get a better weight loss because working late and eating late are killing me.
I'm 6'3 235 lbs-240 lbs (depending if I shitted or not jk lol)
I'm not fat, not skinny. I been running, and doing bike rides every so often to maintain my weight, but I really need to eat better if I'm going to lose lbs.
The biggest i've ever been is recently, got up to 235 so I started the dieting and exercise right away and started to burn that shit off with quickness. Right now I'm 6'5" 225, just got a little beer gut, i'm normally in between 200-210. My goal is to be around 195 and cut the fuck up.
