SEAHAWKS!!!
The biggest I got was about 245. Down to about 210ish right now, but I have a lot more muscle than I did when I was 245. Lots of weights, less fast food and alcohol. I'd be in the gym at least once a day if it wasn't for school at the moment.
So a few years ago, around the time I got to be this big I started taking a mood stabilizing med daily. Today, I learned that the common side effect of that particular drug is rapid weight gain. My own fault for not researching it myself at the time, but damn. At least now I have something to blame that weight gain on.

a couple months ago I weighed myself and was 210. all i did after work was just sit around and eat. I feel that if i didnt do so much moving around at work I woulda been bigger.

but i've been going to the gym almost everyday for the past 3 weeks, and i'm feeling good already. i'm not eating totally healthy but i did cut out most of the junk food like chocolate and chips, Im not even craving any of that either, other than soda, but i'm starting to crave it less now that i'm feeling and seeing results. haven't weighed myself yet though

Rossi's right about that Wisconsin weather tho.

St. Johns Wort is a safe and natural mood stabilizer that has no side effects and does not cause rapid weight gain. I am not a doctor, you can trust them as you wish, but doctors sold out to Big Pharma a long time ago breh (they do zero research on the drugs they get paid to prescribe), I would stay away from prescribed psych meds unless you are seriously mentally ill. Also, one of the best mood stabilizers is exercise. I know how hard it can be to find time, I am a full time single parent, work 12 hour shifts 14 days per month, and take a full load of college courses. Youtube the worlds fastest workout, there are simple workouts that you can start with just 4 minutes a day and build on that as much as you like. Even that small amount helps. Good luck to you.

185. 165 5'9" right now, my metabolism doesn't let me stay fat. I have to eat like 7 steaks a day to gain a pound and that's without cardio.

If you've ever been to Canada (Ontario mainly) we pay like 30 dollars for a value meal and get half a nugget in it. I wish we had murican prices and portions, I'd get fat asap.

Towards the end of June I was floatin up to just over 300...clocked in about 305. as i mentioned in another thread i stepped on a scale and was like "nuh uh, fuck that, I'm not Chris Farley." I was just so sick with myself for letting it get that far. For a year up until that point I barely exercised, drink at least 3 beers a night, and was blowin thru a zip of trees every 3 weeks. then i'd eat out, just huge sandwiches and pizza and pasta and sushi and burritos and banh mi's and tortas...u get the point. Then if I didnt eat out, I'd get off work at midnight, not feel like cooking, and just went with the Tony Soprano special. I'd kill a baguette with like half a block of cheese and some prosciutto, followed by some hostess cupcakes or some other junk food. Shit was the fast track to bein a total fatass.

Maybe the pinnacle of my fatness was waking up in the morning with some black shit smeared all over my sheets, like SMASHED into my sheets and smeared across my t-shirt and pillowcase. I was like "wtf, is that dirt?" and I lift the covers and there's an empty box of cupcakes and all the empty wrappers. I truly had become Gerald Garner from Heavyweights. Too many blunts and strike outs (hit o weed, shot of bulleit, chug of beer, exhale) and I had been eating them shits in bed and passed out and flattened those muhfuckas into my sheets.

Since moving in with my girl in July, who's vegan, I've dropped just over 40 lbs now. Down to 260, which is incredible for me, since I haven't been that in probably 5-6 years. I eat a whole lot better, cut out soda, drink way less, like maybe once a week, work out 5 days a week and am not smoking. (which is its own feat. I've been clean for 4 months after smoking daily for over 7 years.)

I've always been athletic, played sports my whole life, but I let that shit go and will never do that again. I feel way better and shooting to get down to 220 by March.

edit: worst "breakfast" habit ever. before starting my shift, I'd have no food at home and was too lazy/hated my dirty kitchen (roommates) to ever make anything, I'd buy a donut, a bagel with cream cheese, and either chocolate milk or a huge thing of juice. every day. I havent eaten a donut since then (june.) thank god[/QUOTE

Truely inspiriring bro. Keep at it.

Being big sucks tho, always tired and hungry at the oddest times, couple that with graveyard shift, you got yourself a recipe for early retirement (heart attack)
Graveyard shit is a motherfucker. I worked graveyard for three years. I couldn't sleep, my blood pressure was all high...all kinds of fun. Get regular hrs if you can.
