if you get off the 805 south on palm and make a right and go int that shopping center, right next to a candy store and little ceasers they got a mexican food place, dont know the name but they make the best shrimp burritos in SD
tney only sell like 10-12 dishes tho it aint hella shit like your regular taco shop but its all clean food, way cleaner than a taco shop...
i might go there for lunch
in 'the east' i think its offa paridise valley road?? go east and its in the shopping center with the KFC..... on the other side of the streets its the 711....people who grew up there will remember the baskin robbins right there...theyve been my neighborhood mexican food place, also the one across the st from kragen (on the other side of the street) has bomb breakfast mexican food
i would personally, suggest skippign the taco shop and paying 5 dollars more and jsut going to eat at a resteraunt in old town..but thats me
who remembers azteca, next to 12th and imperial trolley station? (now on park avenue) ?
the people who run it are hella cool, only mexican food place ive had a tab at. it used to be packed in the morning, they would give you change even if you didnt buy anything and you could even post in there if they knew you
if the food is the same, id suggest going there if youre downtown just to support a san diego classic
one in clairemont mesa thats good but the name escapes me at the moment....its a looong ass street though that goes from clairemont mesa to la jolla and underneath the fwy...shits across the street lightweight from that home depot where the hollywood video is or whatever..someones gotta know what im talkin about
someone told me to go to the farmers market out here in otay/chula/ib whatever you wanna call this shit on the weekends
although a grimy ass spot...theres a taco truck on federal i believe that makes hella good fish tacos..i musta been crazy to buy fish tacos there but i survived and they were great, and like a dollar each
