wow...n u got hired? i do my covers at 1550x1550 at 300dpi but its 1500x1500 at 300dpi,i do em a lil bigger for more quality

4.78 x 4.78 inchs not cm... when you design a print job they are in inchs nothing else and make sure if you design in rgb to switch it to CMYK because once its printed the colors are darker... easy way is to open a new doc in RGB and hit Ctrl + Y so you can work in both.

what ya'll fail to see is how humble this cat came up here asking for gudience,...but when you get a pic and use the same stock fonts your o/s came with and saying your the next best thing since p.s. 7 then it looks a lot diff,....

:eyecross: everytime i use a cd cover template,when it prints the size is allways off.

^^ Check the resolution and dimensions of the document. Alot of artists use a 1/4 inch larger doc for cuttoffs. Make sure its at 300dpi too.
