to answer your question. Yes its worth the wait and worth coppin. You know i keep it real on here. just when i was bout to give up on lynch he dropped this one and changed my whole mind on him. I think the label situation is what fucked him over for the last 7 years now his shit will drop on time and consistent.

@RIPP

Is he dropping the 2nd album next year for sure?

this album is a classic
Dumbest thing said so far and u obviously don't know what a classic is. I knew the emo strange music fans would over due it like usual and mix it in with this being the siccness which is basically a lynch site and u have a lot of people saying "this album is great" when in reality its not

That Sit In A Corner Bitch is my favorite song on the album. But I am feeling it all the way through. I love the skits to. It is closest thing to Season that you guys are going to hear.

Savage album IMO.
imma say it imo I think this album is better then loaded and season of the sicc. watch in a few months when the smoke clears mofos will think the same. He spittin his best shit so far on this.

I like the whole album but if i had to pick D.O.A is my fav song on the album he went the fuck off on that song that beat hit hard as hell and he rode it perfect too..

I think only 2-3 songs were cool. I'm not a fan of Lynch's random ramblings. If he could actually spit a sentence more often, it could be better. Some of the production was weak likewise. What I did like is that Lynch seemed hungry and raw on some songs, but the whole chemistry didn't fit together in the end.
I couldn't have said it better, I actually like how lynch was spitting on that suspicion 2 and he came real tight on the first one.

EXACTLY what I'm sayin. I actually liked about 2/3 of the production, and I loved hearin dude's energy and passion for the music come back some. The album was a big step up on his game.

But Lynch's flow still has the same problem it had on LBI and almost every other thing he's put out since Loaded. The shit he spits is just a bunch of random, choppy, nonsensical shit. He never actually completes a thought, or SAYS anything from one line to the next anymore. It's just a bunch of gorey gibberish now. And he just don't ride the beat like he used to, either. His lyrics used to sound so PERFECT and smooth over a beat, that's the main reason people gave him so much props back in the day, even if they didn't like what he raps about. His delivery just couldn't be fucked with by damn near ANYbody. It just aint what it used to be anymore...

But I mean, I been waitin close to 20 years for dude to be in the position he is finally in today, and I wish him all the luck in the world. I hope the album sells like crack. You know I'll be buyin it on Tues.

Lynch really came thru with some real sicc & grimey lyrics but some of the beatz were kinda average and he coulda had some better beatz and it woulda been more sicc if it featured Devious,Sav Sicc/Bleezo,Key Loom,Young Droop & Killa Tay, if he had them on it with better beatz then this woulda been a classic.

Lmfao. WTF are you talkin about? I'm confused...
DAAM was scheduled to drop in 2004..............im not saying the beats should be from then but 6 extra years to drop an album and i hope its on the level of SOTS. Instead, it sounds like he either hadnt worked on it at all (until he got signed to Strange) or scrapped whatever he had and started over. like i said, the album sounds rushed and more than anything boring.

edit: and i agree with a few folks on here that there are maybe 2-3 songs that have replay value and even then thats a stretch...they stand out or blow me away

Question for everybody that thinks that DAAM is a weak album:

Are you saying it is a weak Rap album in general or just weak by "Lynch Standards"?

Because we are on The Siccness, were people are actually lookin forward to an album from Berner...

of course he had to scrap it all. he signed a new deal, whoever he was signed to before, he probably didn't own the tracks he'd made. even if he had tracks already recorded, maybe they were recorded in a shitty studio / maybe he couldn't get rights to the beats / whatever.

in fact, i'm guessing strange told him to start over, because they wanted a fresh album. i, personally, am glad this isn't a compilation of shit he's cobbled together over the past 6 years. that's just not how you make a cohesive rap cd and if you think this sucks i can guarantee that would sound like a disjointed pile of shit

Noone remembers when Lynch said He had Dinner and a movie finished but had to start over because Strange said so? I hope the old Dinner and a movie album somehow gets released as a bonus or a free download.
