all the people complaining about the skits must not be listening to this album properly

the other day, me and a homie sat down, lit some weed and then smoked and listened to the album from start to finish

it's amazing, every track and every skit paints a picture in your head and you pick up on things which you have never noticed before

i think the intro to this album (interrogation) is actually the ending of all 3 chapters! why? because he's talking about a robbery but there was no robbery on this album so that must be coming up on one of the next albums

we also noticed other things which i hadn't realised before, like the demon sounding voice at the end of 'i tried to commit suicide' telling lynch "do it. dont think about it just do it" is probably his split personality voice inside his own head

i feel like god invented weed because he knew this album was coming out

props to lynch, daam is amazing

yes that has to be the reason why people are complaining about the skits because they obviously don't know how to hit play and listen from front to back

listening to it properly doesn't mean just hitting play and listening to it front to back

I was really disappointed on the first couple of listens to this album... But it has grown on me... Not sure if its the quality of the album, or just some new Lynch shit...

I haven't seen Lynch for about two years, but I know he was in a pretty bad place (mentally) at the time. Life has a way of beating you down, until you hit the bottom and it looks like there's no way to bounce back. With all that he was dealing with, I can understand why the delay in getting the album out. My personal feeling is that it was a little rushed, due to redoing it for Strange. I know some of the chorus' and songs are completely redone and sound 100% different than I remember. My point being, I think this album has gotten Lynch back in the game mentally, and joining Strange Music is the last piece of the puzzle... I'm betting the next two albums will be fire! I think this album just opened the door to the next chapter in Lynch's career.

what did he have to re do exactly? and why
