what year did you get into hip hop & whats your fave year since you been listening?

I aint start listening to rap until about 93. But the first albums that had me hooked on rap was that Thuglife album and Me Against The World

i got into rap around '00. i had been listening to death metal up till that point. i just recently got into hip hop within the past couple years and i like it more and more every day.

as far as gangsta rap goes, i think 95-96 were the best years. hip hop.....i couldn't tell ya. hip hop seems to be pretty steady and re-inventive.
