Nobe got slaps... I'd like to see what he could do with an SP1200 or MPC 60 - which can lend a grimey sound to the production

I got that mpd24 right now folks! A step down from a mpc but I gets it in!
One major thing ... Not all MPCs are equally as good...

The MPC 60 has the most 'swing' but more importantly - it's a 12bit sampler which gives everything ran thru it a 'classic' tone that computers can't provide...

Think about a classic Mobb Deep beat for example - then compare it to a beat made in Reason...

Also - the MPC 60 is great for the way it truncates thr sound - which can give drums a lot more snap when adjusting the envelopes... also the filters/pitch adjustments take the sound to a level I haven't heard in the software realm...

Usually when making beats with software the sample being used for a drum sound tends too have a lil 'air bubble' before the sound... meaning in the rendered audio clip of the sample - there's a gap before the actual wavefile of the sound starts... I'm probly boring y'all so I'll just leave it at this:

Fuck with an MPC when you get a chance.. Either the MPC 60 or the 3000 ...
