If aliens had the technology to travel light years away, I think they would either 1. blow up our planet, 2. kill us off without a huge wait, and take our resources, or 3. come in peace... that's without thinking too abstractly though.

Even if we "where" contacted, they're so far beyond us... I have a easier job teaching my dog calculus 3, then the aliens breaking down universe knowledge to us...

i do believe in other life other than earth...and i dont think all alien forms are out to destroy us....just like every civilization theres some good, some bad...i do think alot of our technology that we have seen over the years is from back engineered from alien technology humans are smart but not that smart...we can take an idea and improve on and make better...but conceptualizing back in the late 40's...come on...all microchips back engineered to improve on our life...which aliens probably see and see us as still so far behind...but there is technology that is out there just unavailable to the public..im sure our government and others have more than what is seen....

aliens are the least of my problems...its the government that scares me
