How to you pronounce it? "Woo-ter"? "Wow-ter"?

Yeah its a typicly (sp) Dutch name it has it's origin in Germania (not to be confused with modern day Germany)

All forngeirs have problems pronouncing it. The way you do it in English would be "Wau-ter" and don't swallow the R but let it roll (I know this is hard to do for most people)

"Anders" means "different" in Dutch by the way!
