Im still no sold on people being able to build those pyramids...and in 20 years to boot. Call me crazy, but something just doesnt add up.
There is a lot of speculation on how the pyramids were built. Aliens etc. During excavations ramps were found that were wide and led many to believe that elephants were used to carry the huge stones. This makes sense to me.

There are actually a few possibilities. Levers and pulleys, in-place casting, rollers, etc. Egyptians didn't really leave any clues behind, so it's all speculation. All I know is they were pretty fuckin' advanced. Their pyramids are still standing, our buildings would have fallen by now.

I've been to houses with white and mexican families that had no fuckin' chance, too...color is irrelevant because there are ignorant and broke people EVERYWHERE, from all backgrounds.
There is a difference between people who, for whatever reason, are in a sad state and people who were essentially placed there in a large scale.

The problem with looking at racial realities and pulling out the "Everyone" card - 'man, everyone goes through it! it happens to everyone!' is that the system was rigged to make sure it happened to Black and Native American people specifically.

Just a few examples. Oprah Winfrey, Chris Rock, Quincy Jones, Berry Gordy, Michael Jordan, Michael Jackson, Cedric, Steve Harvey, Jackie Robinson, etc etc.

Quincy and Berry both came up on a hostile time and STILL started making their money...so how do you explain that?
Even so, they are not metaphors for the Black American story. They are exceptions to the rule.

It all comes down to pack mentalities. Get any one group of race together in the same area like a classroom and every group will have it's own traits.

I will agree that diversity is essentially the key, when it comes to education. There needs to be some checks and balances in the classroom.
