coke. if you had that shit constantly sludging down your throat from your nasal cavities in order to stay awake on tours and through studio nights, youd sound like keak too. my boy got a throat polyp the same way (well, a combination of smoking, drinking liquor straight and snorting coke) and sounds exactly like keak.

ACTUALLY KEAKS PUT OUT SOME GOOD SOLO ALBUMS IN SNEAKACYDAL, HI-TEC AND COPIUM. REGARDLESS IF HES ALWAYS BEEN LAGGING ON THE MIC HES MANAGED TO MAKE 3 SOLID ALBUMS.

Keak is boo-boo now. I cant understand a damn thing he is saying and he ruins songs.

Even with that being said, Im glad he is gettin his shine on and gettin money. He was a pioneer in the Bay movement in the mid 90's and deserves to get his.

You can balme him or thank him, but he pretty much started hyphy as far as music goes.

his voice fluctuates...and i'm not talkin about on songs, i'm talkin about in real life. check his interviews and shit, sometimes it's so raspy you can hardly understand him and sometimes it's cool...somethin wrong with his throat. probably the white like people already said..
