Vato Locos can sometimes be iether Vato locos 13 or in the midwest and east in just Vato Locos who aren't surenos and hate the 13 number.Some in the midwest can get along with the Nortenos sometimes. La prima may be the same person tagging up east los 13 .Don't know if they are trying to start their or just a memeber of them moved to San Mateo and is just tagging his click.
Yeah alot of latinos who what to much movies or tv see a gang and try to claim it.Chicago Illinois is an example.I have homeboyz their,but alot of people want to be part of a gang and when they see a movie ot tv or news on gangs.They start to claim it even though they aren't from their or now anything about it.So Iknow what you mean about the American me thing.

Man I would see a few in the Heightz on walls and they won't put 13 next to it.I guess they don't want anyone to know who they are in that area.I have seen a norteno Grafitti gang called RVN,but don't know what it stands forAlso PLN and I guess now their having HPN for Howe park Nortenos,but not sure if that's what it stand for.
For the most part, but their out there. You have to be on your toes when your by yourself or with your lady...because we all know thats when their boldest. The hot spots are Howe Park Area, Traction Ave in the Northside, Martin Luther King Blvd. between Fruitridge & 47th Ave., 47th Street Area, Neighborhood across the street from Florin Mall, Westgate, and any other ramshackle piece of shit apartments.
I have a hunch that it is some punks that live in the old Haciendas off of Northview Dr, across the street from Ninos Park. That area used to be thick with Northgate Crips, but who knows now.
My little homie Roach told me about RVN, its Richardson Villa Nortenos in the same area as Lane Drive. I havent heard of PLN. I guess there are supposed to be some Natomas Nortenos but never seen it tagged or anything.

Thanks for that info homie..I seen a few taggs on the wall on Del Paso Blvd for PLN 14 crossing out PLS 13.Who knows whei their at.I never new northgate had crips? Times have changed alot..ALot of chicanos are moving to the Northgate area and the Gardenland.That's an opportunity to make you all stronger in memebers.. The northwest of Sacramento will soon be nothing but mexicans I hear..
The Northgate/Gardenland area has always been mostly a mexican neighborhood, but the last couple of years a lot of blacks have been moving in from the bay and other parts of Sac..mostly in the apartments though. The whiteys straight took the fields by Arco Arena and turned it into an exclusive neighborhood. Bastards.
As for the crips in Northgate, they been around for a couple years. That fool COS that raps with Brotha Lynch is from there. They didnt trip off me when I went it there, but maybe it was because I'm from The Gate.
