NA, i dont fuck with 105.9 anymore.... We had a falling out and i decided it would be best if we parted ways..
I really enjoyed being an on air personality and helping all the up and comming artists get radio play, but the station felt like up and comming artists should have to pay for radio play, something i was firmlly against, and they felt like CHICANO RAP was not a marketable style of music and therefore refused to play it! So i figured the best thing to do was part ways!
But i know i would like to see some mixtapes, DVD's ,and solo projects from not just NORTENO artists, but NORTHERN CALIFORNIA artists as a whole!
and of course radio play for those artists who deserve it! and have quality tracks!
and i would also like to see a new solo woodie project! Im not a norteno but homeboy got heat and i think he is one of the tightest MC's in this area!
What sucks about it, is that regardless if a homeboy doesn't rap about being a Norteno, they still won't get no time or love of the radio. You can rap about your struggle and come up, which most rappers do and make money off of even though they don't live the life, and the homies will do the same, but still NO LOVE?! It's a biased thing, they want nortenos to speak on Love and sex and all that mumbo jumbo, Cisko from PBC did and they still wouldn't give homeboy love!

More collaborations between those that really got skills and less north on north downtalk. i wouldn't mind seeing some high quality music videos from woodie ("matter of time video" was coo though) but something like the videos thats on bet or mtv jams, how much would it cost to make a video like that???i wouldn't mind having wood blow the fuck up like be on 106 n park n shit like that lol that would be sick pimp on wood!!!!!!!
