what do ya think about the army or marines?

The Navy is the way to go, come on through to the Daly City or Belmont office and tell them Justin sent you! I'm in the reserves putting a recruting package together it would really help both of us out. Honestly it is the best way to go when trying o get involved with the military. The Air Force is great but they are always overmanned and its real tough to get in, if you do get in though they have some of the best bases around. They take care of their people but i've noticed that they don't get promoted fast. The Army I wouldn't recomend to anyone, their standards are so low becaise they can't get anyone to join right now and you will most likley just be a grunt in harms way. The Marines is a good way to go but they are truly a special breed and their lifestyle definatly isn't for everyone.
I say go for the Navy, you will see more places than you can imagine and they offer you alot. You can qualify for an extra 30,000 for college with the Navy college fund. Some people can't handle the ship though, its alot of hard work and long hours when you are at sea but when you are off we go out to these foreign ports and tear it up! I'd go and check it out if you are really serious

I understand that and I am not arguing that the military focuses on minorities (poor people in general though) and compare the numbers to the ethnicity of the country and it would look a lot different but I was just responding to dude that think only minorities die in war and that they are the only ones and the frontlines

I am a US Marine, and yes my COMPANY was over 1000 Marines and very few were black (maybe 10) and very few were hispanic, all the Marines I ever seen, and ive seen alot were roughly 80% white. And yes I know many that are on the front line that are white. step your game up g
