619 artists ALWAYS stayed on that gutta shit, never wavered with the times or trends of the industry.
I think being so close to LA hurts you more then it helps you because the media is so focused on what comes out of LA, the rest of the State gets looked over.
If you look at crews from Cali that's doin' it, they have at least ONE 619 Ryda in their camp.....Feds got Battle Loco / Strong Arm Steady - Mitchy / DoggPound - Jayo Felony.....I'm sure there is more, but you dig what I'm sayin'.
916 artists and 619 artists are semi-similar in the fact that we have MAD talent, but no one wants to get out there and network.....we have to let the world know what it is with these artists, because there is too much heat out there to be ignored.
I have to give it up for Battle Loco, because cuzz cuzz is EVERYWHERE!! I've seen him a few times up here these last few months. He stays politickin' gettin' cameos in movies, and dippin' in & out of Awards shows like it's nothin'. I admire the man's hustle & work ethic.
There is SO MUCH talent on the streets of SD, it's crazy. Y'all need to get your shit heard!! Doesn't your local radio help y'all out, or do they do you like our local stations do.....play EVERY OTHER REGION but yours??
