^haha...I heard tata is a snitch these days....

...but anyways...TLOD was the first to some out from Dago, but they are and were straight garbage. Aztec Tribe was next, but they was garbage, too. Not to hate or diss too much, but its the truth. Gangsta Ern and Green Eyes was up next, and some of their shit was pretty nice. To me, Ern really brought a "hype" of sorts (even moreso after his death) because his shit had energy and you knew he had done what he was speakin about.

...next was Gelo(Niggas Gettin Irie) and a cat named Manassa (Ragsdales Rich) who were both produced by Steve Vicious, and these releases really highlighted the idea that cats from Dago could blow up........why? The quality of the rhymes and music were sooo nice and the tape covers and shit really produced a semi-professional package that seemed marketable...

I asked you in another thread if this was the same Gelo that was down with mr lil one, and never got a reply. Even if it isnt the same Gelo, what year did this album come out. Im guessin its rare as fuck though, so I'll have a hard time finding it. I try to hear everything Steve Vicious (VMF) puts his hands on. I seriously think he could match or top any of these mainstream producers.

^^my bad, man...don't remember you really asking the question, but you got the right Gelo...his first EP and most of the shit he did with Lil One was produced by Steve Vicious...and that first one is damn near impossible to find. It came out shortly after that all blue CMW first tape, so Gelo dropped his in all red...

...later on (like 94-95) Gelo dropped a second one, with just a "G" for the title, produced by various cats....executively produced by Break Bread before they were named that...not sure if you've got that one...
