it's one thing to punish, but it's another thing to punish AND kill. There are already a shit load of people in jail who are institutionalized and won't be able to function outside of jail, why add on the death penalty?
Those who struggled to give minoritie's the right's they (supposedly) have today, didn't put their lives on the line so people could vote stupid (like voting for George Bush & them, 3 strikes, and the Death Penalty). They did it so people could help better themselves and their community (the ghetto). How does the Death Penalty help? It's just another form of controlling coloured people... trying to scare us into being good or else...

If the U.S. was all religious ya'll wouldn't be in a shit hole. No need for the death penalty, 3 strikes, no George Bushes, no corrupt politician's, and no corrupt cops. The U.S. has never been "Free" and it never will be with these fuckers around making fucked up laws.
